What exactly is Behavioral Health?
Habits and actions that shape your life.
Behavioral health refers to the connection between behaviors and the health and well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. This includes a wide range of activities that impact mental health, physical health, and life satisfaction. While mental health is more focused on thoughts and internal factors, behavioral health is more geared toward external actions. It encompasses both positive and negative impacts on one's life, addressing issues like sleep, diet, social/relationships, stress, finance, environment, and other physical and physiologic factors.
